Where do you ship the orders?
Currently we are shipping all our orders from our warehouse in China.

When will my order be shipped?
After we receive your order, if no further modifications are requested, you can expect to receive your model in approximately 15 business days.

If you submit any new revision requests, the delivery time will be extended by an additional 3–5 business days.
Once your order is ready and shipped, you'll be able to follow your package's journey via the 'My Orders' page on our website.

Do you ship to other countries besides Australia?
Now we only deliver to Australia, New Zealand, and China.

Returns

What if the item I received is damaged?
We accept returns and will provide replacements or refunds for items that arrived damaged.
Please contact us within 3 days after receiving it

What if I don't like the item I received?
Sorry that we are unable to provide returns because of "change of mind".
